Do you use real LEGO® parts?
YES! We use genuine LEGO® elements to make our minifigures. However, our minifigures may also include custom injection-molded elements and or accessories.
When will my order be shipped?
We run and operate Nostalgia Brick Company on the side as a hobby. This is not yet our main occupation. That implies shipping times can vary. Shipping times range from 3-5 business days up to 3 weeks at the latest for shipping out packages.
When will my order be delivered?
We ship via the United States Postal Service. They offer two mail delivery service options, First Class and Priority Mail.
First Class mail is typically delivered within 2 to 8 business days for domestic orders, depending on the location.
Priority Mail is typically delivered within 2 to 5 business days.
This excludes international orders which take considerably longer.
What if I'm missing an item, or an item is defective?
Please send an email to nostalgiabrickcompany@gmail.com with your name and order number, along with details of the problem. We will make it right! Free of charge.
What is the return / refund policy?
Unfortunately, we currently don't accept returns or refunds.
We do however offer combined shipping. Just send an email to nostalgiabrickcompany@gmail.com with your name and order numbers.
Who runs and operates Nostalgia Brick Company?
Hello!
Nostalgia Brick Company's CEO is Aidan Gardner. Aidan founded the company on February 2, 2024.
Aidans love for LEGO® started at the young age of 6. His parents gifted him his first set on Christmas, LEGO® Harry Potter 4728 Escape from Privet Drive. Ever since that moment, he's been addicted to LEGO®.
A few years later around the age of 13, he had the idea of his owning his own company. Unfortunately he was too young to do anything with that idea. Thus starting the "dark era" of his LEGO® journey, and ending with him selling most of his collection in 2014.
Fast forward a few years, Aidan pick ups the hobby once again and creates a YouTube channel based on the focus around LEGO® collecting. He even alongside his YouTube channel creates an Instagram account posting his minifigure collection. During this time he finally was able to follow his dreams and create the Nostalgia Brick Company.
Aidan also receives help from his assistant Sunny!
